Snow Job

This winter we've had a few good snows, but very few storms that can be called major events. And they've all had one thing in common: they're pure powder.

Great for skiers, snowmobilers and snow angels.

Terrible for snowballs and snow men.

But since today was probably one of the last sizable snowstorms of the winter, we decided to force the issue. Here's what we ended up with:

The kids really enjoyed having a real live snowman in our backyard.
For about fifteen minutes.

 

 

If only there was some way to figure out how the snowman perished. Perhaps we would be able to prevent it next time. Oh well.. some mysteries aren't meant to be solved.
